Getting honest with yourself.
Sobriety, creativity, and choosing to wake up.
Zoë is an artist and industrial designer. Her professional practice includes painting, drawing, and rug design. In addition to work, she co-founded a group for female entrepreneurs, has been engaged in public speaking, coaching girls basketball, and mentorship both formally and informally. Her paintings are in the private collections of many fancy people and companies worldwide.
In this Shift Session, Zoë opens up about the decision that changed everything—her choice to get sober. She’ll talk about the moment she stopped running from herself, what it really means to tell the truth, and how sobriety became an act of creativity, not constraint.
Her heart is for the conversation around emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness. This is not a before-and-after story. It’s an honest look at what happens when you trade numbing for noticing, and choose to live fully awake.
